The strong academic home base our project wants to achieve needs a dedicated team of PhD researchers, spanning all relevant topics within the offshore wind sector. Finding the right people to research these aspects of the sector is crucial for the future support of industry and policy makers.

This team will be guided by experienced promoters, both within their primary knowledge institution and that of their co-promoter. The entire team will also be trained in both soft as hard skills and will become part of an (inter)national offshore wind community and network.
